We built this site for you to get to know us, not to search properties, there are tons of tools for that.
We are happy parents of three amazing children and one cute dog. Our commitment to each other and our family has helped us develop a passion for service and that shows up in every client interaction. When Phil is not decompressing at our travel trailer (glamping) lighting a campfire and enjoying some good friends, he can be found in the field helping a client win another deal. When Sandy is not organizing her next negotiating win, she can be found supporting her favourite local restaurant (FYI, they are all her favourite).

We do this through giving financially to McMaster Hospital, The Cancer Society, Children’s Miracle Network, and The Special Olympics.
One of our shared passions is Curling - both playing and coaching. For the past few years, we have enjoyed coaching young people and helping them train for the Special Olympics.
